Jungler.ai is a LinkedIn monitoring and lead generation platform. We help users discover and capture leads by monitoring publicly available LinkedIn content for engagement signals.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Scrape or collect data beyond what the Service provides

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for how you use lead data obtained through the Service
• You will comply with applicable data protection laws when contacting leads

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jungler.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungler.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that leads captured will result in sales or business outcomes.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jungler.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
